Gentle Stretch Yoga A gentle and relaxing way to loosen and tone your muscles and gain flexibility, while refining your sense of balance.  Not your ordinary yoga class - no pretzelling, we promise.  Especially helpful for those with arthritis. Power Yoga A stepped-up version of Gentle Stretch Yoga that jumpstarts your muscle toning.
