At Generations Healing Center we offer two levels of ashtanga yoga
Gentle Stretch Yoga
A gentle and relaxing way to loosen and tone
your muscles and gain flexibility, while refining your sense of balance.
Emphasis is placed on
gently stretching each muscle which aids in relieving joint stiffness and
muscle tension. This form of yoga is especially helpful for those with
arthritis.
Not your ordinary yoga class - no pretzelling, we promise.
