KALE & RICE
 
2 cups chopped kale
1 cup cooked rice
1 grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
 
Combine all ingredients, turn into buttered baking dish and bake for
30 minutes at 375 degrees or until nicely browned on top.
