Chamomile 'n Peach Popsicles

A delightfully cool and healthy treat

6 ripe peaches or nectarines
2 tablespoons dried chamomile
1/4 cup honey
1/2 lemon juiced
pinch of sea salt

Clean and pit peaches.  Puree peaches, skins and all, in blender until nearly smooth.  Blend in honey, lemon juice, chamomile and salt.  

Pour into popsicle molds or 3 oz. paper cups, add sticks and freeze.

Makes approximately 10 popsicles.

Note: You may want to add a bit more honey to make them sweeter than usual as these popsicles lose some of the sweetness after freezing.
