Healthy Recipes for People


Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tblsp wine vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp onion chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 avacado peeled
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 - 3 tsp chopped fresh herbs
(any combination of the following:
basil, thyme, dill, parsley or chives)

fresh ground pepper to taste

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender for about 30 seconds.
Serve over a bed of greens.
